Orders online are made via WorldPay plc, a large,
reputable and secure card authorising company. We accept the following

To make your payment via cheque/postal order or telephone select
'Cheque or Postal Orders / Phone Orders' as your
preferred payment method from the checkout section of the shopping

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel orders by e-mail
or telephone, please do so within 24 hours to avoid attempting
to cancel a dispatched item. If you want to cancel by email, please

the following details; 1. Name 2.
Transaction ID 3. Date Ordered 4.
Product(s) Ordered.
RETURNS POLICY: We are happy to exchange an item
providing you return it within 28 days in perfect condition with
proof of purchase. Usual delivery charges apply. If you find an
item to be damaged or faulty, we are also happy to exchange or
provide a refund. Usual delivery charges apply. This is in addition
to your statutory rights.
DELIVERY: After placing an order you will be
sent an e-mail confirming your purchase. This will include a Transaction
ID that you will need if you have future enquiries.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING: All costs are included
in the item price other than Postage and Packaging. This cost
is a flat rate per order (not item). Currently £3.00
anywhere in UK, £5.00 to EU countries,
£10.00 to non EU countries. All goods are
dispatched and delivered within 14 working days,
although most orders are sent within 2-3 days.
If any item is out of stock or delayed, you will be notified by
e-mai.
DATA PROTECTION: Information we receive regarding
customers is not sold or shared with outside agencies. We
do keep a customer e-mail database in order to provide
special offer details from time to time. Your details can be deleted
from this at your request.
